Confirmed places in Leonida, from neon to wetlands
A route through Vice City, the Leonida Keys, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia, Grassrivers and Mount Kalaga, with map and official sources.
Six regions to start exploring
Official material describes a state much larger than Vice City. The Leonida Keys bring ocean roads; Grassrivers adds wetlands and wildlife; Port Gellhorn is a faded coast; Ambrosia is industrial; and Mount Kalaga brings wilderness to the north.
Our interactive map connects points of interest to bilingual wiki profiles. Filters separate places, characters, businesses and elements seen in trailers.
Positions are Vicepedia’s editorial interpretation of published material and do not claim to reproduce a final in-game map.
What Rockstar says about each region
- Leonida Keys: a tropical archipelago with an easy-going life, bars, loungers and waters as dangerous as they are beautiful. See Leonida Keys.
- Grassrivers: wetlands with mangroves, alligators and predators even worse. See Grassrivers.
- Port Gellhorn: the “forgotten coast”, a former holiday destination with cheap motels, closed attractions and empty roadside malls. See Port Gellhorn.
- Ambrosia: industry around the Allied Crystal sugar refinery, with a local biker gang that runs “almost everything else”. See Ambrosia.
- Mount Kalaga: a national park by the northern border, with hunting, fishing and off-road trails. See Mount Kalaga.
- Vice City: the main city, with skyscrapers, beaches and the music scene. See Vice City.
What is not known
Rockstar has not published sizes, coordinates or distances between regions. Development chief Aaron Garbut has said the full map is roughly twice the size of GTA V’s, but that is not an official map.
