The mud party

GTA VI’s second trailer includes a massive party in the middle of the swamps: hundreds of people dancing in the mud, loud music and vehicles splashing through the crowd.

The scene became one of the trailer’s most talked-about moments for its character density and for portraying the inland rural party culture of Leonida, far from Vice City’s neon. It is the wild counterpoint to the beaches and yachts of the rest of the footage.

On our interpretive map we place the party in the Grassrivers, the inland wetlands, although Rockstar has not confirmed the exact spot.
